Militant Athletes Extreme Physical Training (MAX PT) was forged in war. Created and tested on armed forces during Operation Enduring Freedom, this 30-minute workout combines strength, cardio, and core movements into intense 6-minute circuits to build a body that can endure pain and dish it out. MAX PT uses minimal equipment to create a workout that increases cardio capacity, builds lean muscle, and reduces harmful body fat in a space the size of your living room. The goal is to prepare each athlete for the variety of physical tasks placed upon them. The result will be a stronger, leaner, militant athlete that can go the extra mile. Mission accomplished.
