Creator and Personal Trainer, Elle Young who has a background in martial arts, athletics and dance, has built 4 challenging circuits to help you burn calories and increase your overall endurance without ever picking up a dumbbell. For an added scorcher at the end of each circuit, this total-body workout includes "burners" - a 45 second intense exercise meant to blitz your muscles to end of the line - as Elle likes to say "to put a period on it".
