Tara Lee is a leading yoga teacher in London, England. She is a registered senior teacher at Yoga Alliance and a certified Shiatsu Practioner who has who has been practising yoga for over 17 years and teaching for over 11 years. Tara specifically creates very grounded programs for people to follow along, including the Earth, Air & Water, Fire, Solar, and Lunar Yoga programs.
