Having experienced the birth of your baby, your body now needs to heal properly so you can get back to full strength. This program includes safe and effective Pilates exercises that have been designed by Caroline to practice progressively in different stages: immediately after the birth or as soon as you feel able. You'll begin with the Pregnancy Tutorial, and move on to Stages 1 & 2, followed by Workouts 1 & 2. There is also a fun bonus workout designed for you to do with your baby!
