an excellent way for beginners to learn the foundational exercises for creating shape, strength and symmetry or a super effective quick workout on those days where you don't have much time. All workouts are low impact, but the intensity can easily be modified simply by altering the amount of resistance you lift.
Workout 6 combines a full body combination with single leg lunge and shoulder press combined with core and lower abdominals.
