Welcome to P.H.I.I.T. - Pilates High Intensity Interval Training! This week-long workout series is designed by instructor Lindsay Bushman to challenge, to tone, and to get you lean and mean! Day 7! You have made it to your last day in the PHIIT series. Congratulations! This Pilates HIIT Workout is all about the abs. We will fire them up with many creative mountain climber variations and burn them out with slow controlled pilates core exercises. We will take our traditional spine stretch, spine twist and saw and apply them to a jump lunge GET EXCITED! Take a day off then restart the program improving your speed and strength each week.
