Welcome to P.H.I.I.T. - Pilates High Intensity Interval Training! This week-long workout series is designed by instructor Lindsay Bushman to challenge, to tone, and to get you lean and mean! Day 6 is Back day! No equipment needed to target your upper back, lats, and lumbar spine. The combination of pilates based strengthening and HIIT intervals make it the perfect at home workout! Not only will this tone your back up, but it will also massively improve your posture! We will strengthen your posterior chain while dynamically opening your chest, un-rounding your shoulders, and bringing your head back into alignment out of any forward head tilt caused by looking down at the computer and the phone all day.
