Total Body 10 is a collection of 20 x 10-minute full body workouts that are an excellent way for beginners to learn the foundational exercises for creating shape, strength and symmetry or a super effective quick workout on those days where you don't have much time. All workouts are low impact, but the intensity can easily be modified simply by altering the amount of resistance you lift.
Workout 20 is the final workout in the Total Body 10 series and brings the fire with some explosive leg exercise and dynamic core that will shape your body and make you sweat!
