Natalie Wells trained with iSKY and taught Kundalini Yoga in London before relocating to Suffolk with her husband and new baby boy in 2016. Having tried many styles of yoga, Kundalini Yoga remains deeply in her heart and she is dedicated to learning and deepening her experience and application of its tools in her daily life as a wife, mother, friend, business woman (and also none of the above). Through the DVD series Kundalini Yoga for your Week Natalie hopes to give back to the format that helped her discover Kundalini Yoga herself and help people embark on their own Sadhana journey.
