If you are prone to sinus infections and a sore throat, this technique is essential on a daily basis.
Superventilation or connected breathing is a very energising technique that can be used for releasing stress and stuck emotions from your body. This is a full and complete breath where you breathe into the belly and the chest like a wave. If you aren’t used to this technique then please take it easy to begin with as some people can get light headed easily. This technique can be done seated or lying down. DO NOT do this technique in water or while driving or using machinery.
