FLEX for Time, led by Rebekah Sturkie, is a convenient workout when you are pressed for time or have limited equipment. Using one dumbbell, Rebekah will take you through a short series, working one side of the body at a time, and getting your heart rate up to burn more calories than you thought possible in only 20 minutes. Ending with a core component and stretch, this workout can be done anywhere and is for all fitness levels.
