Mark Moon: Total Body 10 - Workout 12
Total Body 10 is a collection of 20 x 10-minute full body workouts that are an excellent way for beginners to learn the foundational exercises for creating shape, strength and symmetry or a super effective quick workout on those days where you don't have much time. All workouts are low impact, but the intensity can easily be modified simply by altering the amount of resistance you lift.
Workout 12 will shape your arms and back with a cool combination of kickbacks, rows and planks with some biceps and mobility to add balance and symmetry.
