Nadia is a leading teacher of yoga in the UK and is sought after by students and celebrities from Kate Moss to Reese Witherspoon amongst many others for her powerful straightforward teachings. One of Nadia’s main goals is to safely teach yoga to people so they can restore balance back into their lives. Modern life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed and overburdened physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Nadia’s routines are about releasing and undoing the damage so we can begin to restore, renew and re-energize. Nadia’s simple yet highly effective 20-minute programmes are designed to help you let go of the tension stored from your life experiences. By practising these sequences once a day, you will begin to discharge the stress, negative patterns and emotions stored in your body, allowing you to move forward in life in a calmer, more harmonic state of being. Drawing on her study with some of the world's most renowned yoga, meditation and pregnancy yoga teachers, Nadia creates classes that are nurturing, fun and challenging in equal measure. Nadia is a leading teacher of yoga in the UK at TriYoga. She is accredited as a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK and has trained with Gurmukh Khalsa, Cyndi Lee and Erich Schiffmann.Nadia is also a sought after prenatal & post natal yoga instructor.
