Mark Moon is one of the leading fitness and wellness experts in Australia. With a relentless passion for fitness, Mark has shared his knowledge for more than 15 years and helped thousands transform their bodies and reach their health and fitness goals.

With an inspiring connection to his audience as a master group fitness trainer, Mark has developed a range of cutting-edge fitness programs that combine the perfect balance of workout systems with the most easy and effective techniques from across the globe. Constantly learning and up-skilling his knowledge to provide his clients with the most up-to-date information, Mark holds a Certificate IV in Personal Training and an Accredited Certificate of Nutrition and Wellness Coaching.

Mark has a particular interest in the Blood Type Diet and GenoType Diet studies, and knows that being in great shape is about more than just restricting calories and exercising. Mark teaches his clients about how your blood type can dictate what foods you should eat, what exercise style is best to eliminate excess stress, and how to live life to their healthiest, happiest and fullest. With this unique formula his clients get the best results possible finding it easy to stay fit, healthy and in great shape!

When he’s not transforming bodies, Mark enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge across national and international magazines, and has featured in publications such as, Australian Men’s Living Magazine, Australian Golf Digest Magazine, Chartered Skies Inflight Magazine and Compete Sports Magazine USA with his own “Fitness and Lifestyle” column and a contributor at Body+Soul Man to ensure everybody can achieve their health and fitness goals.
